Focus Group

Hello,

You are invited to attend a focus group for our Business idea to help us to have better understand our potential client’s needs as we start out.

Business idea:

I have a business idea to provide IT support services remotely for individual and for business in Christchurch.

My IT support service will be a lump-sum monthly fee subscription for each user and I also have some add-ons packages for other option such as onsite support.

Our services will use booking schedule, so this is not immediate service support.

Date and Time

Date: Thursday 27/1/2022

Time: 6h - 8hpm available time slot via Zoom.

Privacy:

There will be a recording during the session and this recording will be sent to our tutor for references.

The incentive:

I love to offer free computer support for you when you need.

I am a working bee from 8am - 6hpm daily but I will try to help you when we can schedule.

I maybe don’t have answers for all of your problems, but I will do my best.
